Kung Fu Fighting ist ein 1974 von Carl Douglas geschriebener Pop- und Discosong, der von Appaiah Biddu produziert wurde und Bestandteil des Albums Kung Fu Fighter ist.

Ursprünglich war Kung Fu Fighting als B-Seite der Single I Want to Give You My Everything geplant, doch auf Wunsch der Plattenfirma wurde es als A-Seite verwendet.

Das Lied war ein internationaler Erfolg und ein Nummer-eins-Hit in vielen Ländern. Es erreichte Platz eins der deutschen, österreichischen, englischen und amerikanischen Single-Charts sowie Platz zwei in der Schweiz und Platz drei der Billboard Disco Singles.  Es wurden weltweit mehr als elf Millionen Singles verkauft. In der deutschen Fassung der weltweit erfolgreichen Fernsehserie Kung Fu (1972–75) wird das Lied als Titelmusik und im Abspann gespielt. Zum 30- und 40-jährigen Jubiläum des Liedes erschien 2004 und 2014 beim Hamburger Label Echo Beach jeweils ein Album mit 16 Remixen des Stückes.
